Eastnor Castle wedding photography and videography
We have an Eastnor Castle wedding for you today, but with a twist :)
Ray & Kim’s stunning Chinese wedding mixed with old English Glam – sounds fun, right! We started shooting at 7am on their wedding day – yes, that’s right 7am! The reason being is that Ray & Kim had an incredibly fun-filled day starting with Chinese wedding games, followed by two Chinese tea ceremonies, a change of dress, and then into the traditional English ceremony. All before 1pm – never have we shot a wedding before that was filled with so much energy and colour!

Chinese wedding games & tea ceremonies
So… Chinese wedding games are… amazing! I (Soph) had a blast documenting this for them. It was the first time I had experienced Chinese wedding games – I wished we had this tradition over here in England. SO. MUCH. FUN. Watching a group of men try to pass an apple from one end of the line to the other using certain body parts was hilarious!
The Chinese tea ceremonies were both beautiful and incredibly emotional for both families. We’ve been lucky enough to document tea ceremonies in the past, and unsurprisingly laughter and tears were in abundance here too.
Below is a selection of highlights from the day.
