Luck came in many forms yesterday at Sophie & Simon’s wedding in Berkshire… not only was the weather amazing, Simon’s a huge Crystal Palace fan, and guess who coincidentally rocked up the drive after the ceremony! We’ll let the photos do the talking, but suffice to say it was a great day to be a Berkshire wedding photographer :)

It’s great when wedding plans come together. It’s also fab when complete surprises occur, which is why we really believe it’s so important having a wedding photographer at your wedding, so they can capture your reactions! Simon’s face was a picture when the team said they’d happily have a photograph with the happy couple. Even though most weddings don’t have the Groom’s entire favourite football team turn up, there are still so many wonderful moments throughout the day to photograph!
This was the third time we have used our newest addition, the Fuji X100s and it really is helping us capture shots that we didn’t think were possible before. Not only is the X100s one of the best looking cameras, it’s a real hark back to my (John) Dad’s trusty Practica SLR Film camera, but the image quality is amazing. This, combined with its small size means you can grab images throughout the wedding without people even realising, which is not so possible with our trusty but huge Nikon D4. It definitely will not be replacing our DSLRs but is an amazing addition to our wedding photography arsenal.
A wonderful Berkshire wedding with the most fantastic weather… a dream to photograph for any wedding photographer!
